RED BEANS & RICE BALL
The raucous ridiculous Red Beans and Rice Ball will be celebrated at The Wine Garden, 300 Robert St, Olde Towne, Slidell from 6-9pm. As per our custom, the King and Queen wil be required that night to qualify, proving their worth to rule over their subjects! Members admitted free. Non members welcomed for $25 at the door. The ball features free food, live music (far superior to dead music), silly dancing, and a cash bar.

MONA LISA & MOONPIE CAPTAIN'S MEETING
Held at The Maple Room on Carey St. in Slidell, LA, each mini-krewe is asked to send a representative to pick up wristbands for their members, and get last minute details to help keep this celebration a joyous family friendly event in the heart of our beloved city.
MOONPIE ORDER PICK-UP
We will march (roll, boogie, dance, prance, strut, sashay, boogaloo, bop) through Olde Towne on October 30, 2021, one week before Halloween! Although we aren’t Halloween themed, we encourage our viewers to attend in their Halloween finery.
Mona Fest 2021
MoonPie Pounders: Cap'n Tom is starting an Amateur percussion marching group, and is looking for a Krewe Captain for them. This group is to bring pots and pans, spoon, actual drums, anything that makes a beat, and is willing to have a limited number of rehearsals. As a musical group, membership is free. Call Cap'n Tom if you wish to participate: 404-401-9966.
Lost & Found: Someone borrowed a big wheeled grocery cart from Tom & Charlotte. Please let us know if you have it, or remember who we may have lent it to.
